Features of The Palace Promised

The journey of this project began with a profound family transition. When our clients made the difficult decision to move from their cherished ancestral home, a promise was made by the youngest of three brothers: to build a new haven that would honor their father and secure the family’s legacy for generations. We were honored to be chosen as the architects to translate this heartfelt vow into a tangible reality.

Perched atop a hill with commanding views, this 30,000-square-foot masterpiece spans nearly five acres. With eight grand suites, the residence embodies the scale and majesty of a modern palace.

During construction, the family faced the loss of the father to whom the home was promised. In his memory, we dedicated the heart of the home—the grand staircase—to his legacy. Collaborating with master artisans from Mysore, we commissioned a monumental installation crafted from 300 cubic feet of exquisite Teak wood.
