Mr. Ajay leads every project with the full weight of thirty years behind him, degrees from IIT Roorkee, SPA New Delhi, and the University of Cincinnati, and formative years working under Charles Correa, one of the architects who defined what Indian architecture could be. That education shows not in a recognisable style, but in the rigour of every decision: the orientation of a room, the scale of a window, the way a building meets the ground.

Ilakkia, a seasoned architect and specialist in conceptual design, shapes the ideas that take your brief beyond what you imagined. Sonu, with years of deep technical and on-site experience, ensures every design decision is executed with the precision it deserves.
