The people responsible for your home.
When you work with KenAR, you work with Mr. Ajay Kumar Verma, and with his experienced team he has built around him over two decades of practice together.
Mr. Ajay leads every project with the full weight of thirty years behind him, degrees from IIT Roorkee, SPA New Delhi, and the University of Cincinnati, and formative years working under Charles Correa, one of the architects who defined what Indian architecture could be. That education shows not in a recognisable style, but in the rigour of every decision: the orientation of a room, the scale of a window, the way a building meets the ground.
The team that works alongside him brings that same standard to every stage of your project. Ilakkia, a seasoned architect and specialist in conceptual design, shapes the ideas that take your brief beyond what you imagined. Sonu, with years of deep technical and on-site experience, ensures every design decision is executed with the precision it deserves. Together, this is a team where every person has earned their place, and where every person is fully invested in the outcome.
After three decades working across every building type, Mr. Ajay made a deliberate choice: to narrow everything he and his team knew to one discipline, done at the highest possible level. The homes KenAR designs today are the result of that decision, not the work of a generalist practice, but of an experienced, dedicated team that has chosen to be exceptional at one specific, demanding thing.
The home they deliver is not just what you described. It is the best possible version of what you described.
